Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund or exchange will be processed according to our return guidelines.
CLLING reserves the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.

Refund Processing
Once a returned product is received and approved after quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
